CrossFit for teens is not simply a scaled-down version of the workout used by adults. It is an entirely different version of CrossFit, geared towards the neurological, cognitive, and motor development of younger individuals.
The program is a strength and conditioning class that is specifically designed for teens, helping them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, members participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
The workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness program that is broad, inclusive, and appropriate for participants at any level.
