Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results regardless of age or experience.
CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual. As a new member to CrossFit, we will run you through a series of introductory classes, where you’ll learn what CrossFit is all about, do some beginner CrossFit workouts, start learning all the movements, and gain greater confidence in the gym.
